Osama Bin Laden reportedly has plans to address the American people on the sixth anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
Word of the video comes from a banner ad posted on a website by al-Qaida's media group.
SITE Intelligence Group says an Internet announcement of the plan released Thursday includes a still photo of Bin Laden from the upcoming video.
The Intelcenter, which also monitors Islamic web sites, said the video is expected within the next few days.
Bin Laden has not been heard from since releasing an audio tape more than a year ago.
He last appeared on video in October 2004, shortly before the American presidential elections.
The Department of Homeland Security says there's no credible information of any imminent terrorist threat.
